They should take a student into space because adults don't see kids true potential. A lot of times adults think kids can be scared of things that are beyond our planet. When you think about it, adults are scared too. Adults are always trying to do what is best for us. Even though kids goof off sometimes, that doesn't mean we don't care. We are just so envolved in what's around us...most of the time. Some kids can do things adults wouldn't have thought we could do such as equations and theroies. Adults could really use us around on the shuttle for things such as, crawling into tiny areas. When you think about it, kids can do spectacular things.

If I was chosen to go to space, I would be estatic. Even though we have small lockers to hold our things, I would bring three favorite things of mine to remember there's no place like home. The first thing of mine I would bring is a picture of my family. I would bring this because I would know that they are always praying for me day and night. I would also bring it because my family are the ones who are supporting me through this journey. Secondly, I would bring a blanket. I would bring this because when I have some time to myself at my house, I would snuggle up with it and read a book and it would make me feel like I was protected from harm. With a blanket on the shuttle it would make me feel safe. Lastly, I would bring a camera. I would bring this because I love taking pictures. With a camera I would be able to share my experience with anyone who asked. I would also bring it because it would always make me feel like I'm so lucky. Those are the things I would put in my locker!
